The largest ski resort in Slovakia is located in the Low Tatras. Tatranská Lomnica
Tatranská Lomnica is located only one hour drive from Zakopane (Poland)! The Tatranská Lomnica ski area is home to Lomnické sedlo, the highest and steepest piste starting at an elevation of 2,190 m above sea level, with 1,300 m of vertical, a 5-month snow guarantee, the latest chair and gondola lifts and expanded pistes widened to 60 m.
The skiers' favourite – Lomnické sedlo. Enjoy sunny skiing at Lomnické sedlo, the starting point for the Vysoké Tatry. The highest and steepest piste from Lomnické sedlo (2,190 m above sea level) is sure to please even the most demanding skiers.
The lookout tower on Skalnaté pleso tarn will impress with its views up to this second highest peak in Slovakia (Lomnický štít peak itself is accessible by cable car). The ski area offers nearly 6 km of less demanding pistes, which are particularly suited to families with children. Tatranská Lomnica is has been modernised once again. A new and modern 15-seat gondola lift at Skalnaté pleso and 2 km of new ski pistes with snowmaking have been operating since last winter. Bachledova – Jezersko - Frankova
The ski resort Bachledova – Jezersko - Frankova is located in the Prešov Region. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 11.3 km of slopes available. 8 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 820 and 1,160 m.
The ski resort Ski Jezersko-Bachledova valley is located on northern an southern slopes of Spišská Magura. The skiers will be amazed by the beautiful views of High and Belanské Tatras scenery. The access to this resort is from Bachledova valley or from the village of Jezersko. There are slopes of different difficulties, from easy to difficult.
